6^th Grade ELAR (Brown/Evans) April 27-May 1^st

Overview:

Students will be reading Love That Dog and answering questions. All assignments, activities, documents and videos will be posted on Teams as we read through the book.

20-30 minutes daily: Reading/discussions/activities will not exceed 20-30 minutes per day. These are recorded, so everything can be accessed any time, but to avoid getting behind or overwhelmed, it is best for students to spend time each day on this work.

Assignments Due:

April 29: Poetry terms review due (Teams assignment)

May 1: Research Final Due via EMAIL (must have submitted parts 1-3 before submitting final)

Parent Directions:  Students need to get on Teams daily for the book text and reading/discussion questions. I will also email in case there is a problem. Video chat times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. daily if students have questions or need help in any way. We are also available 8-3 each weekday by email or phone.
